Why has my hotel room name changed?

In order to simplify and improve our Guests' experience when booking with us, we are reorganising some of our Resort categories. You may notice your upcoming Resort category has been renamed as part of this work. Please rest assured, you will still receive the exact room type you originally booked.

I want to amend my booking. How do I do this?

The lead passenger can make changes to their reservation(s) by calling our Disney Experts on 0805 542 438^* (freephone) or 0044 203 666 9911^** (charges apply), quoting the booking reference. You will be advised of any amendment charges. An updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made by clicking on the Manage My Booking link below.

I want to cancel my booking. How do I do this?

The lead passenger on your booking will need to notify us of the cancellation in an email to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com, quoting the booking reference and the reasons for cancelling.

If you are travelling imminently, please add 'Urgent' to the subject line of your email, so that we can prioritise your request.

We cannot accept any cancellations over the phone. You will then be invoiced for any outstanding monies or refunded any monies owing. For all other bookings, please call our Disney Experts on 0805 542 438^* (freephone) or 0044 203 666 9911^** (charges apply).

Can I book more than one room per reservation?

We are currently unable to book multiple rooms under one reference and you would need to make separate reservations if you require more than one room. This is easy to do online, by making the additional bookings you need.

Will I be charged if I need to call the Disney Experts at the call centre?

If you call our Disney Experts on 0805 542 438^* (freephone) you should not be charged. However, please refer to your network operator for further information regarding rates.

Why do I need to call to book my room/Resort?

For some rooms at our Disney Resort hotels availability is limited, therefore it is best to speak to our Disney Experts by calling 0805 542 438^* (freephone) or 0044 203 666 9911^** (charges apply).

I have just returned from holiday and would like to submit a complaint. How do I do this?
